Need a flexible space, great service and real value for money?
We can provide a space for your event, meeting or training. We provide all of the facilities you will need including on site staff where applicable, modern equipment, in-house catering, excellent customer service and like for like we believe we cannot be beaten on price.
Is the space easy to get to and simple to find?
Island Arts is located in the heart of Herne Hill and next door to Herne Hill mainline station entrance. Herne Hill station is 10 mins from Central London with boasts regular trains from Victoria and Blackfriars Station. Nearest Tube: Brixton Station (Victoria Line) 10 min bus ride; no's 3, 37, 196, N3. Buses: 3, 37, 68, 196, 201, 322, 468, N3, N68.
Can Island Arts meet your particular event requirements?
Island Arts is a space that is dedicated to providing a high quality meeting and event space. It is fully accessible and with disabled facilities and toilets and is child friendly.
It is on one level and has a main meeting/training area separated from the social reception by sliding doors, which can double up as a break out room. It includes all presentation equipment resources including wifi, data projection facilities and flipcharts etc
We regularly schedule training courses, workshop training, induction training, training days, conferences, seminars as well as local community meetings. Island Arts has been purposefully designed for maximum flexibility.
Can we setup the space to meet your particular setup requirements?
We have setup every type of space hire and room hire setup. Your training room or space hire requirements will be fully setup. For any visual, audio, networking and printing requirements.
Can we provide Catering in-house if you want it?
Yes we appreciate that some clients appreciate not worrying where to find lunch, not rushing back in-time for afternoon sessions. We can cater for all dietary needs. A menu is attached for your information.
Can our hire costs match your budget?
Yes, your costs will be minimal! The hire rate for the space is very competitive, like for like, just 10 mins from Central London space, we cannot be beaten on price. The space is maintained to high levels of cleanliness, customer service, administration and technical support to ensure your particular need is fully realised.
